Testimonial Declaration
The declaration a business makes every time it orders a testimonial video from a genuine customer review.
Draft Draft for counsel review — not yet in force.
Checking for the published version…
1. The rule in one paragraph
Fake or fabricated testimonials, reviews and endorsements are prohibited. A client may order a testimonial video only from a genuine review by a real customer. Each time, the client must paste the review (or link to it) and tick this declaration. The Service never writes reviews, and Autopilot never creates testimonials. Breaking the rule leads to removal of the video and to suspension or termination of the account, without refund (Terms §13.7).
3. The exact text
{business name} / {שם העסק} is filled in by the app with the business's name in the Workspace. Each published wording
gets a version id, which is stored with every acceptance (§4).

Shown directly above the checkbox:
Testimonial declaration — {business name}
By ticking the box below, I confirm on behalf of {business name} that:
- The review is genuine. It was written by a real customer who bought or used our product or service, and it describes their own experience.
- The words are the customer's. I pasted (or linked) the review as the customer wrote it. What the presenter will say is the customer's own words, or a faithful excerpt or translation that keeps their meaning. We did not write, invent or change the review.
- It is independent. The customer is not an owner, employee or agent of our business, or a relative of one, and no one wrote the review for them. They were not rewarded for giving a positive review. If they received anything for writing a review (for example a discount or a free product), our ad will say so.
- We may use it. We have the right to use this review, and the customer's name if it is shown, in our advertising.
- The ad is our responsibility. We will not present the presenter as the customer, and we will add every disclosure the ad needs where we publish it — such as "Ad", and, where required, that the presenter is AI-generated.
I understand that a testimonial made from a review that is not genuine breaks the Facefluence Terms of Service and may break the law, and can lead to removal of the video and to suspension or termination of our account, without refund.
The checkbox:
☐ I confirm this is a genuine review by a real customer, and I accept the declaration above.

4. What we record with each testimonial video
| Field | Why |
|---|---|
| Workspace, business, and the video's id — and the id of each version and retry | links the record to the video |
| Who ticked it: user id, the user's name and email at that moment, and their role; for an API or MCP order, the API key id | shows who made the declaration |
| When: server time, in UTC | shows when the declaration was made |
| From where: IP address and session id [and browser user agent — ENGINEERING TO CONFIRM] | ties the declaration to a session |
| The declaration's version id and language — the exact text that was shown | proves what was accepted |
| The review: the text exactly as pasted, and/or the link; the reviewer's name or initials as entered | the source |
| The final words the presenter speaks (the approved script) and how they are delivered (quote or first person) | shows the review was used faithfully |
| [A fingerprint (hash) of the fields above, so that later changes would show — ENGINEERING TO CONFIRM] | integrity |
| Later events: retries, downloads, reports, reviews by our staff, enforcement actions | enforcement history |
The record is append-only. The client cannot edit or delete it, and deleting the video does not delete the record before the end of the period in §5. [A copy of the linked review page — OPERATOR AND COUNSEL TO DECIDE: a snapshot helps prove the review existed, but it also stores other people's data.] The record is personal data of the user who ticked the box and, through the review, of the reviewer (Privacy Policy §4 and §9).
5. How long we keep it
[RETENTION — COUNSEL TO SET.] Points to weigh: an Output may be used with no time limit (Terms §11.1), so a claim can arise long after the video was made; the limitation periods for claims in Israel and in the markets where clients advertise; and data minimisation, since the record holds a third party's words and possibly their name. One possible structure: kept while the account exists and for [NUMBER] years after the video was last downloaded, then deleted — unless a complaint, investigation or claim is open.
